I started with WestOne Cars as a Call Centre Agent in 2004. The sense of teamwork has always been at the forefront as we all rely on each other to bring all the ingredients together to make it work. After six months I transferred onto days with the added responsibility of controlling at the weekends which entailed looking after not just the passenger cars but also the courier, international and overnight work. In the next year I progressed to the role of Operations Supervisor which I currently hold. This role allows me to be part of the decision process and gives me a sense of pride especially when we complete events like the Queens Garden Party. I feel the working for WestOne has allowed to me to progress and fulfil my potential and I look forward to the future. Jim Venn, Operations Supervisor, started 2004. |
