All drivers are required to follow the same strict guidelines as WestOne Private Hire drivers, which include a 10-year enhanced background check.
WestOne Cars offers this service through a fixed cost pricing model based on average journey prices.
Customers can pay for this service either on their WestOne Cars account or by credit card at the time of booking.
We will ensure that customers choosing the Black Taxi service will receive a call to advise when the vehicle has arrived at point of collection, including the registration number for added security.
