Is training necessary?

The answer to that question lies in defining what training means. Yes, a full driving licence is a no-brainer but can we really afford to discount elements such as customer service, PCO, vehicle and other relevant legislation and expect to be regarded as a professional industry?
Should a professional qualification be compulsory? With vehicles for all occasions you can trust WestOne Cars to get you safely from A to B in comfort and style.

I DO BELIEVE THAT DRIVERS SHOULD BE VETTED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF INNER AND OUTER LONDON WITH THE PRIVATE HIRE INDUSTRY BEING IN COMPETION WITH THE BLACK CAB INDUSTRY FOR MAJOR ACCOUNTS IN THE BANKING SECTOR I FEEL IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT A DRIVER KNOWS WHERE HE IS GOING AND HE IS MEETING THE STANDARDS EXPECTED BY THE CLIENT IF A PX IS LATE FOR A MEETING BECAUSE A COMPANY HAS EMPLOYED A DRIVER WITH LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE IT BODES BAD FOR THE WHOLE INDUSTRY WE ALL UNDERSTAND THE BUMS ON SEATS SCENARIO AND IN THE LONG RUN THIS DOES THE PRIVATE HIRE TRADE NO JUSTICE
