Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality and the Environment are placed high on our agenda. We have a comprehensive and award winning Environmental Programme in place and we are both ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2000 accredited.
Quality
WestOne Cars is accredited with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems standard.
ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 159 countries, on the basis of one member per country. The Year 2008 revision of the ISO 9001 standard gave WestOne Cars the opportunity to further increase value to our activities and to improve performance continually by focusing on the major processes within the organisation.
ISO 9001:2008 is one of the world's most widely known standards. It is known as the international reference for quality management requirements in business to business dealings.
The Environment
WestOne Cars recognises the impact its business activities has on the environment and in order to minimise this impact has put in place a number of comprehensive environmental activities.
We have an environment consultant whose role it is to implement the activities, ensure the high levels of standard are maintained and provide training, support and advice to staff on environmental topics.
The company is fully committed to, and has been accredited with the ISO: 14001:2004 Environmental management systems standard.
