Our technology
WestOne CityTrakkers that drivers use.

WestOne Cars drivers are equipped with GPS enabled hand held computers (CityTrakkers), which transmit information to and from our system in real time. This means that we know the exact real time position of each of our drivers in London.

When you book, either by phone or OnLine through our website, our system identifies those drivers who are able to do your job and our recommended carrier software assists in selecting the optimum driver. Job details are sent electronically to the driver who then acknowledges the receipt of the information on their CityTrakker and confirms acceptance of the job. As the driver proceeds to the collection point and onward through to delivery, the CarLocator software tracks the driver’s movements in real time.

You can view the real time map position of the driver undertaking your job as they travel to your collection point. In the event that a colleague wants to see progress of the journey, they too are able to view progress of the car to its destination.
