WestOne Cars has access to over 2500 passenger vehicles throughout the UK. In London, our direct fleet comprises over 200 vehicles of all different types from standard saloons to executive cars and people carriers. We can provide black taxis, mini coaches, coaches and stretched limousines for special events. In addition our WestOne Green service offers customers an environmentally friendly alternative. We operate the Toyota Prius, which is an electric/petrol hybrid saloon car, low CO2 emissions producing vehicle with room for up to 4 passengers.
This fleet capability allows us to satisfy the needs of all of our customers; however, we are continually focused on improving our service capability recognising there is always room for improvement.

WestOne Car’s mission is to always meet our customer’s requirements and to provide a consistent and first class experience. We offer a broad range of services, vehicles and in car facilities. WestOne Cars invites customers to request any further preferences they might have, such as preferred driver and vehicles which allow in car smoking. Under our events service we can provide a full chauffeur service and arrange items such as hampers and champagne.
Road and passenger safety is of paramount importance to us. The majority of WestOne Cars vehicles are less than 6-months old due to our unique vehicle replacement program. Vehicles are regularly inspected by our Quality Assurance Team to ensure they meet the highest of mechanical and aesthetic standards. WestOne Cars always seeks to attract and retain the highest quality drivers.
All WestOne passenger car drivers are security checked, uniformed, and trained through WestOne Private Hire Training Limited, and carry identification badges at all times.
Each member of the WestOne Cars fleet is issued with our passenger car driver information booklet which details Health & Safety and Road Legislation.
